The Coconut is the prize possession catches at the Zulu's Parade that rolls through the streets of New Orleans on Mardi Gras Day. Parade attendees line the parade route for hours to have a chance at grabbing one of the beauties every season. Being a life long native of the Crescent City filled with talented unique artists. The Coconut Prince has held this heritage of his native home close to the heart.
